![]() ![]() ![]() | You won't be able to use Opera to download files. There are some links that will take you to the download site but only via Blazer. Blazer will be your browser for downloads unless Opera links you. That is a limitation of Opera, unless someone has found a workaround. |

![]() ![]() ![]() | It might have something to do with the way the ROM is setup. It's not a computer where you can set your default browser. |

![]() ![]() ![]() | UPDATE: Opera Mini 4.1 Beta is out. Much faster browsing and some stability imporvements. I have been using it for about a day now and no issues. http://www.operamini.com/beta/ According to the website, with JSR-75, you "should" be able to use Opera Mini to download your files. But there could be a limitation in the Palm OS that may not allow it. |

![]() | I have been using OperaMini 4 for a while, and generally, when I try to download something, it opens Blazer. Because I know that this happens, I don't do it, since I will then not be able to instantly go back to the page I left in OperaMini. I try to use OperaMini for what it is good at (rendering web pages or pages with lots of pictures), and let Blazer do the rest. But I find that most of my browser usage is via OperaMini. I'll have to try out version 4.1 and see if it's better! |

![]() | I downloaded and installed OperaMini 4.1 beta, and tried to download an image. It opened up Blazer. It did, however, feel a little bit faster, and it also includes a few little tweaks here and there--for example, you can now type directly into the www. box at the top of the start page. Jason |
