The Jawbone does disconnect every once in a while. I get 3 beeps in my ear from the headset, then it pairs back with the phone. I am willing to deal with that small annoyance due to everything else being great. The main reason I was sold on this headset was because to the noise cancellation abilities. The first day I received my Jawbone, I was driving down the highway with the AC on at around 11am and gave my wife a call. She asked me if I was still at home. That was such a difference from people on the other line saying that I sound like I am in a tin can with my previous headsets.

Anyway, I finally decided on a speakerphone, as the time I most need a headset is when I'm driving. So I bought the Jabra SP5050, which I love. Loved it so much, I bought one for my then, fiancee, who decided she didn't want to even try it. So, it is for sale in the marketplace....LOL.

Thanks for your replies everyone!

I've read several reports of the Jawbone not playing well with a 755p on Sprint (CDMA phones) even if it works dandy on other Treo's... So I've pretty much ruled it out.

Does the 1.0.7 firmware update solve any connection problems with the Jawbone? If so, I'll still keep it in the running.

I've been leaning towards the Plantronics 665, but with a couple glowing reviews of the Moto HS700, I'll have to go research that one and add it to my short list.

Anyone else have any other suggestions?

One more bit regarding the Jawbone... found this in my scurries through the net...

http://justinblanton.com/misc/jawbone.txt

An excerpt: [Jawbone is working fast and furiously to resolve these compatibility problems with CDMA phones. Our expectation is by late June or early July we will release a CDMA version of Jawbone to resolve all known problems.]

I hope I can wait until summer!

I have now had the Jabra JX10 series II for about a week and it is working great. I do not have any problems with it loosing pairing, and the sound quality is great. I know some talked about the ear hook breaking easy but it seems pretty good. I went on Jabra's website and they have replacements ear hooks for 99 cents with free shipping.

I second matt on the JX10II. I have had it since the first of the year and it works great and I have gone through several different types. Mine stays on about 10 hours a day and I put an average of 2 hrs of talk time a day on it. The battery stays strong all day.
