![]() | I agree. If you listen strictly to the web when making decisions on a smartphone, you'd think they're all horrible, and all service providers are just as bad. I love both Sprint and my Treo. Guess I'm in the minority. :-)

![]() | This is true, but you have to consider that it's rare for people to seek out forums when all is well...whether it's Palm or any one of the various cell phone carriers. There are hundreds, if not thousands of users out there that don't even know various boards like this exist...because they are happy and/or having no problems significant enough to warrant the search. So, yea...what you get on most boards may be a little skewed by the nature of its population, but you have to balance that with the huge group of folks that don't. I found Palm forums out of geekiness. I tend to want to fully research things before I buy them, to help me learn all I can and once I found the Palm community online I fell in love. While I love Palm devices, it's the community that keeps me hanging on. |
