PDF Files cause reset

Hello, I'm posting this question for a friend. She has a 755p running Docs To Go. Everything has worked fine for about 4 months then after she got a new computer at work, everytime she tries to open a PDF file using Docs To Go, it causes a reset. Word and Excel docs open fine. We tried uninstalling/reinstalling Docs to Go on the computer and Treo but still the same problem. She can beam me a PDF file to my 680 and I can open it just fine. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Is her version of DTG the most current one. I seem to remember several months ago there were problems with some version of DTG but I dont think it was anything to do with pdf files. What about her dowloading the palm od version of adobe reader. That might work in a pinch until the DTG isuue is sorted out.

I'll have to check out the version of DTG in the morning and see if there is an update.

Ok, problem fixed. All she did was register her copy of Docs to Go and everything works well now. Can't explain it, maybe when she registered, it udated to the most current version. Thanks for the suggestions.
