![]() | Just a general question. Before I activated my phone I could do ##RTN# and see how many minutes were used on the phone, data..etc Now once ativated that command doesn't work. I tried it on my girl's phone as she has the same one and that also didn't work. Just a general question but why would it not work? Thanks, -Nigel |

![]() ![]() | First of all, welcome to the forum! It is odd that it isn't working anymore. I'd not tried ##rtn# on my 755, so I just did. It worked - giving me both life minutes timer and KBs. Also Warranty date, ESN etc. I know that's of no help... but maybe someone else here has experienced it. |

![]() ![]() ![]() | welcome to treonauts NewShockerGuy. I am not with sprint and have no clue as to why the command is not working now. Have you tried to contact Sprint to inquire about it? I have a similar sequence at cingularly att that allows me to check minutes on my 750. Hopefully one of the many 755 users with sprint here at treonauts will have an answer for you soon. I will try to do some online sleuthing! |

![]() | Thanks :-) I look forward to posting more! That is SUPER weird! I normally only do the command via the dial pad on the touch screen.. I did it via the keypad and it worked... lol That's crazy. Another question instead of opening up another thread and cluttering things up here is there a definative list of what we can delete from the treo? IE: I see: Trn0-d10.dat Can I delete that.. Or PACERsrcDB0 PACERsrcDB1 PACERsrcDB2 PACERsrcDB3..etc I like to keep things as clean as possible since my 650 got slow and I wasn't sure what I Could delete or not... Thanks yall! :-) -Nigel |
