Treo 755p internet trouble

WHats up everybody, this is my first post on the forum, but hopefully you can help me out some. I just got the Treo 755 p last night, after my Treo 650broke. Luckily I had insurance and everything was free. But I have been having some trouble with internet usage. I can't get the internet up and running, it just goes to the browser and nothing happens, I dont get the sprint homepage or anything. I do know that I have the internet available for my phone's plan which is Sprint. So if you all could help, thanks again.

I'm going to start with the simple ones;

1.) Take out your battery, wait six seconds and then place back in battery. Just try the web. It sometimes works to fix things.

2.) Then, if that does STILL not work, Goto the phone part....and type in ##DATA# or ##3282#, this will bring up a service menu. You do not need your MSL for this....Hit the top bar or hit the little funky top menu bar dropdown button and click "UPDATE VISION PROFILE".

See if that fixes it.....It might.....

Daemonlee, thanks for your response and when I try to do the up date I get an error message that says this:

The update was not successful due to a server communication error. If problem persists contact Sprint.

Then I will get another message that says update cannot be completed because there was no server connection in your area.

Sorry, but your help is much appreciated.

You'll need to call Sprint Support and have them provision your Vision services. I had the same problem - once on a replacement 650 and then when I first got my 755p. You'll need to call them from another number so they can walk you through some steps on your 755.
