Ok now it takes 2 mins to open a pic.
It can be on the memory card or on the phone it self.

Also
If i click new massage i cant start typeing the name and it find them in my address book.

Videos are very choppy self made videos at that.

Can anyone suggest anything other that a erasing everything and starting over.

Have you installed any new software recently? Tried a soft reset?

Sync and do a hard reset. Take a picture. If the phone acts sluggish with the new picture, its probably a hardware problem.

was your card formatted before you started using it. It may not be formattred and things may be taking longer to upload>
