Picture Mail not working... - Treo Forum

I just got a Treo 755p yesterday and I've had two people try to send me pictures but I haven't gotten either. Has this happened to anybody else or does anybody have a solution to this problem?

Does vision work? Are the pictures being sent to your phone number or to an email address?

Make sure that you have done the provisioning on your phone. Call Sprint customer service and they can help you. Did you have Power Sprint before? If you did, then a quick call will take care of that. If you do have Power Vison Working, then they will have to tweak your Picture Account.

Haha. It turns out that they sent it the pictures to the wrong person. Haha.
