![]() | Stuart, Thanks for the reply. I've already synched up with my laptop (via the cradle), and it shows me all bells and whistles from my treo (i.e. calendar, contact list, etc.). It also shows photo albums / folders for the handheld's pics, but the pics aren't in the internal nor backup folders on my desktop. I may need a software download as Treotosh suggested (thanks Tosh), but I'm not sure which one to download as the descriptions of each don't seem to touch on my issue. Further assistance / guidance is appreciated. El |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | @ellartay In XP, your pictures should be in your Pictures Folder and not in your backup folder. There should be a Palm folder in there with all of your pictures. Second, if you wish to download the pictures on your own, you can download a program call Card Reader. It will allow you to use your Treo, when it is tethered, as a usb and read your SD card. You can then go into the card, and then find the DCIM folder. Your pics and vids should be in there. Just click and drag them into your specified folder on your compy. |

@Ellartay, the way to look for your backup stuff is to search Desktop > My Documents > Program Files > Palm > (Backup ID)* > Photos > Backup to Internal. *Backup ID kind of reverses your Hotsync ID. For example, my daughter's Hotsync ID is "Kristin's Centro." Her backup ID is "Centro K." That is the folder you want to look in. Inside that folder are all the backup folders for the various functions of your device including one that says photos. Last edited by Treo Musketeers; 05-22-2008 at 07:19 AM. | |
