Unhappy software apps not compatible with OS6.2

I have been using splashMoney and splashShopper with my treo(s) 4-ever. recently I had to buy a new laptop with Vista and then had to upgrade my desktop OS to 6.2. FYI, I learned that I could no longer Hotsync with my usb cable - had to start Hotsyncing with bluetooth - but i digress. My real problem is that Splash software is apparently incompatible with palm os6.2...UGH! I cannot seem to find a good finance-management software that is compatible with palm os6.2. Has anyone found one? I am going to be lost without my electronic handheld / desktop check register, etc.

I don't think there is such a thing as Palm OS 6.2

I believe she is referring to the desktop application for Palm.

Then I don't understand the question. The desktop doesn't have much to do with 3rd party software. It's relevant to the Palm built in apps.

3rd party developers write their own desktop software and use a HotSync conduit.

The problem is vista and its incomptability with the palm os itself. The pla desktop 6.2 is compatible with vista but still can be problematic with vista 64 bit.
