Treo 755p sync cannot connect. - Treo Forum

Every time I try to sync my phone, it gets stuck at the "Connecting with the desktop using Cradle/Cable" stage. I've reset my phone and tried three different USB ports on my PC. Help, please.

I'd recommend deleting the current Palm Desktop and reinstalling it fresh. Then try it.

what kind of desktop laptop system are you using Are you usinbg a computer powered usb hub if so it may not be geting oiut enough power try plugging into a powered usb hub or the back usb ports on your desktop if you have a desktop computer. Several years back that was a common problem. Or may be you have a cable going bad or its not quite totaly socketed.
