Treo 755p sync gets stuck on media - Treo Forum

Hi everyone,
I've been trying to sync my new phone with my computer (replaced my last 755p) but every time I try to sync it just hangs on Synchronizing media. Granted I did have some big files on there, but I moved them out of my user folder. Any other suggestions?

Try setting the Media sync to "Do Nothing" the first time you sync. Then once it goes all the way through, go back in and set it to sync and sync again. If it gets stuck on media again, then use a program like TealScan or DBFixIt to scan for data corruption.
