 |  Help: Treo 750 No Sound On Incoming Call Ok.. So I have a treo 750 running official WM6 update and various spb software, and recently ran into a problem where my phone does not ring or vibrate during incoming calls. It does how ever alert the missed call... I added some ringtones to my sdcard(which ive deleted) that i created on a website called mobilereelz... They work fine with messages and alerts but no incoming calls. So i reset all sounds back to default and still no sound or vibrate. Im not sure what i did but ive tried everything from voice command off, sound and settings adjustments, soft resets... etc. does anyone know what i can do to restore my sound with out a dreadful hard reset. |

| I have spb mobile shell2 spbpocketplus and spb phone suite... but i just upgraded to WM6.1... THANKS CYPHER... However I would still like to know what is causing this problem bcuz i will more than likely be reinstalling spb software... Thanks |

 |  Hmm... Mobile Shell and Phone Suite doesnt go well together. Check your individual Phone Suite settings such as Profiles and Phone Notifications.

  | I was going to say, cyfer33 can probably help you out, as he uses a few SPB programs. They do conflict, and some have to be installed in a specific order. |

| just woke up... but yeah wm6.1 works just fine... hey cyfer im going to reinstall spb mobile shell and pocketplus... do u recommend not installing spb phone suite ...my wm6 operated just fine with all three spb software b4 i added the ringtones... and i adjusted every setting and profile after that and could not get sound or vibration on incoming calls... | I try, cyfer is really an expert when it comes to the SPB stuff. He helped me when I was trying to get them working the way I wanted. |
