![]() | Treo 750 faceplate I have seen a few post on here about changing faceplates and covers for various treo models but not the 750. mine is cracked and needs replacing. can anyone point me in the right direction of a how to sitw. i have already bought the parts i just want to know the right way to swap it out. |

![]() ![]() | theres a video on you tube for taking apart a 650 which is going to be pretrty much the same as the 750 except for the antena screw for the stub antenna on the 650. You take out the screws with a T5 torx driver and carefully pray the case apart take the back off and gently separate the front of the case from the innards put youre new front case on and the put the new back on and you should be good to go. I donr think there are any screws holding the motherboard keyboard etc to the front opiece of the case but you want to make sure of that. Do this at your own risk dude |

![]() ![]() ![]() | I haven't done my 750, but it shouldn't be too difficult. Just take your time, and I strongly recommend getting an anti static wrist band. ESD is not good for electronic components

![]() | Well I changed my facrplate with very little trouble and W0W there is a lot of stuff jammed into these phones. i ordered faceplate and tools off ebay and everything worked great. |
