Yup you are correct, I just posted over there as well about this. If you actually click on the Buy Me link, you get sent HERE

Basically if you want to purchase multiple units, as in a large Corp IT department, you are golden, but if you are an individual user, it says Visit our Palm Store, where they have the WM5 version. This page and links were not there at the beginning of the week, so I guess now we know what the big 6th launch date was for.

so the truth is that we have been hosed by cingularly att from the get get go and the unofficial leaked official rom that we put in may be the only update we get for the forseeable future or at least until somebody like xda developers gets their hands on a corporate 750 wm6 and do their thing.

Well I am still hoping that it gets released but going on seven months for cingularly att to get off DHC is getting a little old. I would have thought that when they started coming out with 750 with wm6 that would be able to release the updater to those of us loyal customers who shelled out the $$ for the 750 in the first place not leave us hanging on smoke mirrors and hot air!

Hi all, new to posting here, but have been reading for awhile. Anyway, my experience yesterday went like this......

Called AT&T spent ime yadda yadda yadda, got tier 2 or 3 not sure. Rep called Palm and we had a 3 way convo. Rep at first was kind of A-holish, but alas after speaking with "Palm's tier 2" I got the following..

"WM6 will be released before the end of November"
"WM6 hasn't been released yet" (BS!)
"WM6 for Treo 750 is only available in Europe" (to which I called BS and gave to Palm's rep the Palm website selling a Treo with WM6, I was replied to with "I don't know how this could be because it's not available")....."please wait"

"OK, it may be available, but I don't know why"

At this point the AT&T op sided with me and took over the Q&A for me

Long story a little shorter......Palm is clueless as a b@st@rd on Father's day and AT&T says it's all Palm.

On a side note, AT&T and Palm said to check out Windows for an update, I apologize if this is old news/beating the same dead horse. Just thought I would pass along what I went through.
