Contacts deleted after hotsync - Treo Forum

I must have made a serious mistake, but I seem to have deleted ALL of my contacts. I had a number of duplicate contacts between my phone and computer and managed forgot to change the settings to update the files on the computer with the ones on the phone.

To make a long story short, I deleted all the contacts in Outlook and when I sync'ed the phone, it deleted all of my contacts. They are not in my deleted items folder, and since my computer is new, it never autoarchived so there is no archive.pst file. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can recover my contacts? I am desparate here.

Forgot to add: immediately afterward the contacts were in the deleted items section but when I selected them all and tried to drag them back to contacts they all disappeard and are not in either place (They must have been deleted finally at this point).

You don't sync your Treo with any other computers or have a backup of your PC somewhere?
