| I made my first post!  | Touch Screen Not Working The touchscreen on my 2 month old Treo 750 is no longer working. I'm stuck using the thumb control and keyboard to use my phone. I bought my unlocked Treo 750 in Canada but not live in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Any suggestions on where I can get it serviced? |

| possible solution i had the same proble with my treo 750 it was perfect for 2 month then sudenly screen stoped responding to tuch i tryd hard restet etc did not work ! i tryed taking battery out for 60 -90 minutes after wich screen works fine for 5 - 10 minutes (in 5 min u cen get through initeal setup after hard reset) after wich it goes back to screen issue i had my treo changed BUT u cen try to fix it by upgrading to Windows Mobile 6 there is a guy who solved his screen issue by upgrading to WM6 screen issue -- Who wants the ATT WM6 rom?!??! - Page 9 - xda-developers WM6 - Who wants the ATT WM6 rom?!??! - xda-developers links to download are still in there just go to the last few pages  or e-mail me vladimir2989@gmail.com |

| Have you recently put a screen protector on your Treo? There have been issues sited when placing a screen protector on your device. I guess it has to do with way the protector pushes down on your screen. If this is the problem, just take off the protector, test the screen and if it works replace the protector. |

| also there have been issues of dirt and lint getting in between the screen and the plastic surrounding the screen which may cause the touch screen to quit working or function in an erratic manner. |

| I'd like to hear if anybody has a solution too. Mine just started having the same issue this evening. Have tried soft reset, hard reset, loading WM5, loading WM6, loading/resetting standing on one foot with hand on my head, turning my self around, and doing the hokey pokey. Nothing works. I am fairly certain it's a heat related hardware issue. As mine will work for few minutes if I let it cool down. This is unfortunate, as the Treo750 has become my new favorite WM phone (coming from HTC Wizard/8125 and Herme/8525). Luckly I am still within 30 days so it's going back for a reaplcement. But I got the feeling this may be a design flaw and may reoccur on the replacement. Major bummer! |

| Mine hasn't exhibited that fault after 10 months of use so I don't think it's a design fault, it could be a bad batch of screens though

| This is my third Treo 750 within 3 months now. Two Treo's had the defect with the touchscreen. Palm had replaced them. So send your Treo back. It's a hardware failure. |
