Having issues setting up second email account - Page 2 - Treo Forum

I will have to check with Cingular, as mine does not have a "Name" drop down on that screen (trust me, I have checked many times

)- I guess that would be my problem! Thanks for all the help!!

It's not a drop down, it's below the drop down that says pop3 or imap. It defaults to which ever protocol you choose, but you go in and change it.

I dont think its ATT/Cingular allowing only one email account as I had two on my 650 and still have the same two on the 750 ones is my home account and the other is my office account. I used the same at home and office until they turned me off at the office and told me I had to set my office with different user name.
