Help with Outlook - Treo Forum

For some reason i don't see my contacts in my outlook.
On my ActiveSync there's this Windows PC Attention required that states

Cannot synchronize with Outlook profile you are using,because a diiferent profile was previously set up or the profile is password-protected.
Please open Outlook using the appropriate profile

Support Code:8503001f

Were can i log in on my outlook to change this.

Hi Zion,
I had something very similar to your situation, happen to me this past week. It took me 3-4 days to figure it out but, I believe I FINALLY figured it out. Not sure if this will help your similar situation but, you can try this...I had to go into ActiveSync, on my 750, then tap on Menu, then options & where you see that Windows PC, is highlighted in blue, go ahead & tap the Delete button. Nothing will be taken away. All you will do then, is connect your cable to your device, then to your desktop OR laptop & when ActiveSync, opens up on your desktop screen, go to Tools, then Options & then checkmark what you want synced. When I had to do this myself, I was told that the reason why my Contacts, weren't syncing was b/c, I had one too many boxes, check-marked & that sometimes it will only let you sync, so many check-marked boxes, at a time (5). But, I would think you could sync as much as you wanted. I tried it, checked marked only 5 items to be synced & it worked. I check-marked Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, Notes & Favorites. Everything that I check-marked, synced just fine, including my Contacts. When I opened Outlook, this time, ALL my Contacts, were there. What a relief. Sometimes explaining it on here, can be difficult. But, if you want me to walk you through the steps, over chat, let me know.
