750 touch screen not working HELP - Treo Forum

My 750 just stopped letting me use the touch screen. everything else works fine. I did a reset on it but still no touch screen control. Anyone have a clue? Is there some way to turn the touch screen off. Could I have hit something by mistake that turned that feacher off?

I'd back it up and then do a hard reset.

I just did that but no help. Now it wants me to tap the screen to start the set up process but when i do nothing happens.

Sounds like a hardware problem then, you'll have to take it back to your carrier/supplier
