Active Sync Settings whats the difference? - Treo Forum

Just curious if anyone has a different settings in the 750 for outlook.
I currently have the Active Sync set with my work email, contacts, task.
The setting I have is "when items arrive" peaktime and non peaktime.

But ther are other settings...every 10 min, 15 min, 20 min etc..
My question is what is the difference? Is it better to just leave the Active Sync to "when items arrive" to save battery? or is it the same to just have AS to check mail every 10 min, 15 min etc...

When I had a 700wx I ended up doing a sync every 20 mins primarily because I didn't want disruptions and so I could deal with most of the things on my PC before my Treo started telling me I had things to deal with.
