How to get the 750 "person" to shut up! - Treo Forum

On incoming calls, my 750w rings once then switches to some electronic voice that announces to the world the name of the person calling me. I don't need to tell you that there are certain circumstances when I don't want the people around me knowing who is calling me so how do I shut off this annoying feature and just settle for a ringer?

try Start Menu->Settings->Personal Tab, select Voice Command from the list, highlight Phone, press Options button, uncheck "Announce incoming calls" option click the "OK" button 3 times to take back to the today screen. hope this works....
