Desperado !, need help to downgrade to WM6 from WM6.5 - Page 2 - Treo Forum

K, I just want to make sure I'm getting the best version of software I can and that I don't get locked. I'm sure I could get it unlocked anyway with a little help on here. I'm no stranger to flashing phones, my last phone was a moto a1200 ming with custom software I put on it. Ofcourse that was Linux and this is Micrs*ck Wonders, lol. J/K

well running the att rom onto it wont lock it back down.

you don't happen to know the zip password do you? I did find a 2.75 a while ago and it gave me a funny password message when I tried to unlock it. I figured it was corrupt, but now the 2.25 ATT zip is giving me the same file needs password message. I haven't had this problem with other zip files. I even download a third party zip program and it gives me (checkdir error: can't create) Don't know what is up with that? Does anybody have a copy unzipped that they can send me please? I PMed cyfer, but never recieved a response. I don't want to be rude and continue to try to contact him.

Sorry I havent run across that issue and I dont have a clue about a zip password. Thge file on MTDN has two versions as I recall one uses an sd card and the other does not. Maybe you are not geting the full download file.
