Issues with ringtones, all ringtones - Treo Forum

Recently I started having problems where any incoming call would just vibrate and not ring...the voicemail notification and txt msg notification are not affected. It all started when I added two new songs. Would those in some way shape or form have caused it? I don't really know how it would have because its an MP3 just like all the other ones are. I use Audacity to modify the length of the file and use an SD card to transfer the files.....any ideas? Thanks for reading, I Greatly Appreciate it!

I had this problem I was told by Alltel Tech Support that I probably had a virus on my phone and was told to do a hard reset. Although some other people have posted threads about this and some found changing it to increasing ring for a few days worked. Also check your volume on the side of your phone just in case. You might search the threads for ringtones.

You know I feel like an idiot...I cranked up the ringer volume and it works...Thank you again!! Sometimes the easiest things we overlook......Again Thanks!!
