![]() | Trouble downloading games on my 700wx Are a lot of you having trouble downloading games for your Treo 799wx? I was upgrading from a 650 Treo on Palm OS and didn't realize the "wx" stood for Windows. The Palm OS operating system was really easy to work with, but this is a nightmare. Any tips for downloading games and getting them to work on your Treo? |

![]() ![]() ![]() | welcome to treonauts rtillman. Games and other programs for the 700w wx 750 have to be wm as opposed to palm os games unless you have an palm os emulator program. They also have to be 240 x 240 square screen compatible or they wont run on the treo. You can't migrate games over directly from your 650 because of as incompatibility and 240x240 as the 650 is 320x320. with wm programs you either download them to your desktop (.exe) and then they are installed via active sync or you may dowenload programs that are .cab directly to the device off the internet. Hope this helps. |

![]() ![]() | yes, very well put jfa02. I enjoyed shopping at treonauts store and doing the free trial game offers until deciding which games to buy. It also gave me some 700wx downloading practice. |
