| Junior Member  | keep off internet Is there a way to keep from accidentally accessing the internet on the Treo 700wx? I have my screen disabled when on call checked in settings and somehow the other day I noticed that it had been connected for approx. 44 min. and I don't have the Data Package Plan thru Sprint now and I really don't want to have any unforseen charges due to this happening again. ANy suggestions?? Thanks again for any ideas and hope everyone had a great new year. dugd111 |

 | you can probably have sprint add a data block to your account and solve your problem.

| Junior Member | Yeah Sprint was able to block internet for me but conveniently was not able to reverse the $30 charge for internet usage. I don't use the internet on the phone currrently so not being able to access at all is OK with me. Thanks for the responses. dugd111 |

| I inquired about the same thing with Verizon and was told that if I do that I would be able to still text message but cannot send pix because unlike "normal" call phones the Treos use the internet to send them. Is this true? |
