| A Few Questions.... ![]() | ActiveSync Problems Every time I connect to ActiveSync nothing happens. Both the phone and the app say that I'm connected but the little icon continuously rotates while displaying the message "Looking For Changes." I have downloaded the update of the update from Verizon and I am running version 4.5 of the ActiveSync. Any suggestions? |

![]() ![]() | Are you using a cradle or a usb synch cable? Sometimes with my 750 i have to nudge or jostle or do a litle push or pull. Normally it connects upand will synch after 10 seconds or so. It sounds like yours has come on and is trying to synch but something is messing it up. Look at your synch log and see what it shows. When was your last successful synch? If you are using a cradle sometimes they dont work as well and are you hooked into a usb hub or using the front usb ports on your desktop? If you are on a usb hub it might need to have ac power and not just the computer's power supply. It may not be geting the right amount of powerto realy work or you might have a bad cable. |

| A Few Questions.... ![]() | I use a cable. I have tried it with and without a power source plugged in. I don't think it's a problem with the cable or the connection because the phone is actually connected. The Active Sync wheel is spinning and the message "Looking for changes" appears. |
