Problem with Phone Number - Treo Forum

Last night at 10 pm I had my phone activated to my phone number, on my new 700wx replacement phone. The problem is that in my phone information it says my phone number is some wierd number like 000-000-xxxx. Is there a way I can change to my phone number so my phone can be activated?

If I recall, you need to have it reset by them. Just call the customer service kids and they can reset it for you. Or at least tell you how to do it; but I still recall needing them to change it remotely.
