Hard Reset Problem. Help! - Treo Forum

I recently did a hard reset, and in the process (where the phone is supposed to reboot) the phone does not reboot. It is stuck at the TREO display screen and the loading bar has yet to show up. I tried taking the battery out, doing a soft reset, and another hard reset, but still the device will not get back to the windows today screen. I have no idea what to do from here. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I have the same problem. Verizon says its dead for good. Hard, zero and soft resets do not work.

Agreed. Chances are good that they motherboard is fried (or some other similar hardware problem). You're best to send it back now.
