I keep getting this message but I don't have any unread messages.

How do I get rid of it or at least find the message it's referencing?

I recon a soft and hard reset have not cleared this issue?

I'd rather not do a hard reset and I've done a soft reset several times.

Download Memmaid (from MemMaid - DinarSoft ) and do a full scan and clean. I don't know that it will fix your problem, but it might, and it won't make it worse. Please let me know if it does or doesn't work.

Download this and run it in your treo FreewarePPC.com - Freeware Pocket PC: FixUnreadCount v1.0

Do a soft reset afterwards and you will be fine
