1. install the files HTC Streaming Media for Trinity/Hermes - xda-developers ( please follow the steps)
2. then install the cab HowardForums: Your Mobile Phone Community & Resource - [NEW]HTC Streaming Media Player for m.youtube.com

If the files won't install initially do a hard reset after you back up your device.

IF activesync giving you error copying the streamingvideo.lnk and streamingvideo.htm from computer to phone. Try copying the zip files to the phone/SD card and unzip it from there using TOTAL COMMANDER (free)or any zip utilty.

here is total commander which you will need to install so you can unzip the files from your treo: http://ghisler.fileburst.com/ce/tcmdpocketarm.cab

Everything is pretty straight forward, I got it working without a problem. Now the only issue is that the sound quality is rather poor, however at least we can now stream video on a treo! awesome!
