Need Advice: Setting up Reminders (emails, phone calls etc..) - Treo Forum

Greetings Everyone-

Does anyone have any advice on setting up reminders?

I'm in Sales and would love to set up a large reminder database in which I can schedule future e-mails, phone calls etc.. to specific contacts.

Outlook/Treo Calendar are great for scheduling events and appointments but seeking an easier solution to set up future reminders.
