Redialing on treo 700wx

Hey guys

I''ve owned the treo 700wx for about a month and a half now but the problem that i'm having is b4 when i dialed a # for example voicemail i could hit the "send" key and a pop up menu would pop up with all the #'s that i redialed recently but now when i dial a # and hit the "send" button again the pop up menu pops up with #'s that i dialed 3 weeks ago basically. i know i can go menu and call logg and check dial the redialed #'s but that get's annoying.
now i was thinking of doing a HARD RESET to reset everything back to default unless there's another way to do this? i did the soft reset but same issue.....i wonder if it's something that i'm not seeing but i tried everything possible.....can some1 please help me out

and if i do a hard reset will i loose all my contacts on my device...

If all you really want to do is redial, just press and hold the green [send] button...

Also, you said you'd lose your contacts... do you not sync your Treo to a computer? If you do, you won't lose your contacts. Once you resync after a hard-reset, it will all sync back to the phone.

Thanks for the reply......i know if i hold down the green send button it will redial the very last # i dialed ....well it's suppose to atleast.....but in my situation it won't....it will redial the last # that is in the list of the pop up screen when u hit the send key once wich was dialed about 3 weeks ago lol....

like on all treo's if u hit the send key once u will get a pop up with like 10#'s that u dialed but my pop up screen when u hit send once u get the pop up screen and every # i dialed accept it's the #'s i dialed 2 or 3 weeks ago....it doesn't get refreshed......

same idea as u go to in ur call logs and go filter and choose out going it shows the outgoing calls up to date......

anyhow the reason i don't want to do a hard refresh is because i have alot of ring tones set for people from my work....friends and wat not.....e-mails and stuff.....i do sync my palm almost 2 times a week...so i no the sync is up2 date...but will it refresh my e-mails back?? and set my ring tones back.....

so if there is a way to fix the pop up screen for last calls dialed then i won't have to do a hard refresh....

again sorry for writing a story guys.....hopefully some1 can help me out....it's muchly appreciated...
