Treo 700wx - Dropping incoming calls - Treo Forum

I am having troubles with my Treo 700wx dropping incoming calls while it is in the sync cradle. The phone will ring, but when I pick it up out of the cradle, and hit the "Answer" key, it drops the call.

It looks like it has something to do with the sync operation between the phone and the computer, but I can't find any settings that I can control the sync operation with.

Thanks in advance for any help/advice.

OK, a few more details: It appears the trouble is being caused by my phone trying to connect to Power Vision.

I'm having the same issues with my 700W
Thought about trying a new cradle. You have any luck yet?

Im having the same issue. There is another guy here in my office that also had that issue and went through 3 treo's before returning it. I though that it might be the cradle, so I tried with the factory plug and samething happened. What does work for me is when the phone rings in the cradle, answer it then lift it out. This seams to work. Although once in a while it will drop the call a few minutes later because it's trying to sync, I think, atleast that's what it does right after it drops the call.
