Activesync with 700w - Treo Forum

Can someone help me? Ive been taking with verizon and palm tech support for the last week, trying to get my 700w to sync with my work email and I keep getting waiting for network error message. I even taked with my ITT department at work and I have all the settings correct. My co-worker has the same phone and has no problems with activesync. I need someone to really help me out. I brought this phone so I can check my emails from work and not have to bother with purchasing a blackberry. In desperate need of help .

Can you surf the web on your Treo? Can you get access to any other email, gmail, etc?

yes I'm able to go online and do almost everything. I spent another evening trying to figure this phone out with verizon tech support.
