Sprint Mobile Broadband App w/ 700wx??

Hello everyone. I have been browsing the forum here and I cannot find a definate answer to my questions so I will just ask.

I just got the Phone As Modem service from Sprint for my 700wx. I have been trying to connect using the Sprint Mobile Broadband (SMB) application from Sprint. I activate the modem link and when I try to connect with the SMB I get the following error...



and then I get...



I have tried the ##DATA# and updated the vision setting but still to no avail.

Also, I tried the PDANet and it works. But I still do not understand if it uses the PAM service or something else. I saw that some people said that Sprint cannot tell if it is regular internet browsing or not. I guess I am assuming that if you are tethered through the USB with the Sprint service, you might get a faster connection?

I suppose I just would like to use the Sprint software in the end. I am just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for me to try regarding the errors I posted here.
