Remove duplicate Listing in Programs - Treo Forum

After the threaded messenger hack from PPCGeeks.com :: Index I noticed that I have 2 messaging icons under programs. Messaging and Messaging(1). Both go to the same place.

I tested the hack and it works great. No problems at all but I want to get rid of the duplicate messaging link under programs and dont know how.

Anyone know how?

Yes... using file explorer, go to "my device-windows-start menu-programs".

From there you can delete the dup.

I actually got a little lazy and just purchased a pretty nice little app called pocket mechanic. It found the dup and deleted it for me plus it has a bunch of other super useful apps.
