Good Contacts - name doesn't show on incoming calls

I'm a new 700wx user- from my company - which uses Lotus Notes and Good Technology to manage email, calendar, and contacts. Whenever a known caller (listed in good contacts) calls it shows up as 'unkown caller' and lists the number though.

Any thoughts?

What's odd is that if I maintain a second contacts list in the Treos outlook software it still doesn't show the name.

It does show the name if its listed in the outlook contacts and Good is not installed though! (I've been through a couple of hard resets and re-installs). So pretty much as soon as Good is installed it takes over the phone's contact management (it would appear) but does not list names on incoming calls.

Obviously this is a little problematic. Our IT guys are stumped - on their phones incoming caller names ARE listed as appears on their Good Contacts list.

Any help would be much appreciated.
