SMS ERROR on 700wX

I am a newbie to this thing... I've been using palm devices for a few years now... and I have begun to think it was my fatal mistake to get a WX, and let my trusty 650 to rest. Getting the data off the 650 and on to the 700wx, was a night mare. CSR are NO help, no the folks at PALM. Getting the sync set up is utterly complicated.

I finally got it done... but the issue lies here.... I live in the Dominican Republic, I can't get the internet working on it... My 650 working fine. I don't know why I got a new phone, the other worked fine.

The dumb CSR at phone company tell me they honestly don't know how to configure it. Then, When I recive a phone call... It comes out with the contacts name, number and the phone says the persons name... but when I recived a text messeage from the same contact, it says un known sender... The reply on the menu is gray too, so I can't reply either. Then I really have a mess, since I don't know any ones number and have to look it up. Where can I fix this? Does any one have this issue? Or am I the only lucky one here?
