calendar whilst on the phone?

One task I've seen some PDA owners perform, is to be taking a call, and then look into their calendar to answer questions from whomever is calling them.

Can Treonauts do this? I've not yet figured out how to take a call from my boss, and check my calendar when he's asking me if I am available on this-or-that date.

Currently, I have the keyguard enabled to prevent accidental calls to China. How can I keep this protection, yet still access the calendar during a phone call?

Thank you.

i think you have to use the hard buttons and go through the windows start menu to do it. I then go to programs and open whatever you're trying to open

I have set my 700wx so I can use option+start so open the calendar. That way I can set appointments while talking to clients. You can set buttons in Start\Settings\Buttons

Hope this helps.

Ya, Start and Contacts/Calendar etc. is all you have to do. I usually kick in speaker phone and then start looking things up. BTW, Magic Button makes doing this a lot simpler because you can just tap between all the reference programs you need while yapping away. I have my phone set so that it doesn't disable the screen when I'm on the phone (I don't hold it directly against my face when convo-ing and thus don't open up stuff by accident). I've never tried it with the screen disabled to see if it still works, but I assume that you can scroll around with the directional key to continue looking around.

Hope this helps..
