Which program's causing trouble? - Treo Forum

Hi. New to Treonauts. Switched over from Dell Axim. Was a Kyocera 7135? (the old brick one that worked well) user before that. Just bought two 700wx's for myself and my wife. I have moved my gazillion contacts and calendar and added some programs and am having several problems. Both phones are freezing up on occasion, particularly when I use the call log. My wife's phone freezes up when I try to change the ringtones. I have added some software and was wondering of any of the following programs has known problems with the 700wx. I figured the folks on here would know. I am starting to think it is Magic Button.
I have added:
-- Magic Button
-- SplashID
-- SplashPhoto
-- Acrobat Reader
-- Sprite Backup (came with Verizon CD)
-- Resco File Explorer (already deleted it thinking it was the source of my problems)
Any thoughts out there?

How much Storage and Program space do you have?

If you soft reset, will it happen quickly when you use the Call log or after several hours of using the Treo?

Yes, it happens immediately afterward in the case of one of the phones.

Pretty sure it's not MagicButton. Both my wife and I have had it for 2 months with no problems. I have the same software as you except that I don't have these:
-- SplashID
-- SplashPhoto
