 | Some Keys not working on 700W Some of my keys are not working on my 700W. The down direction on my center direction button, the line of keys under the "W", the line of keys under the "R", the line of keys under the "I", the line of keys under the "I", the left direction button, the Windows start button, and the left softkey. Any ideas? Any suggestions? |

| I have reset it several times. No luck. Makes me want to cuss. When I type "How are you today?" it comes out "H ae y tdy" With some things that is fine. But I don't like it. |

 | Do a hard reset on it; not a soft reset. If that doesn't work then take it back and get it replaced/fixed.

| It really sounds like a hardware issue to me, but I'd do the hard reset first to make sure. You might as well cross off the simple fixes first before the drastic options are implemented. Let us know...
