| A Few Questions.... ![]() | All, I have a new 700wx (verizon). I get emails fine from my pop accounts. When I view (open) the same emails on my laptop they disappear off of my phone, but are still on my PC? Stumped Verizon techs, once again. Is this an Office 2003 issue or treo 700ex issue? Regards. |

![]() | this is an outlook issue. you have outlook set to NOT leave a copy on the server. when you open them on your outlook, they are pulled from the server, hence they disappear from your phone (it only syncs headers first from the server, then downloads the message). change your outlook settings to leave a copy on the server and delete from server if deleted in outlook. then you should be ok. | A Few Questions.... ![]() | I finally gave up on pop email. I now use live.mail2web.com and active sync wirelessly (all my email is forwareded to that service and a copy kept in the in box of the original service). I get advised almost immediately when email hits my account (I paid for the year service, just $1.99 a month). Also use it to keep a backup of all my contacts and my work calendar. Quite a bargin and I no longer have the disappearing email problem |
