| Junior Member  | ActiveSync problem on Desktop I have been trying to get this ActiveSync to take effect and each time I load the starter disk, I get the same message: ActiveSync has encountered a problem on the Desktop. Support Code 85010014. Then it throws in that Microsoft Outlook is not the default e-mail and I cannot find out how to make it the default. Also I use Outlook Express for my e-mail on my home computer. Is that going to be a problem to do this Syncing stuff. Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks. Oh yeah, I have a Treo 700wx thru Sprint. |

 | If you go into Outlook, Tools, Options, Other there's a check box for "Make Outlook the default client for..."
