hi everyone, am so proud to be a treonaut.

I've got a 700wx and I'm having some issues with the sound. I use the headset that came in the box to answer calls and listen to music and it works perfectly, however when I take the headset out there is no sound from my phone. When I try to answer a call without the headset, I dont hear anything and neither does the person calling, and when I plug in the headset, it works.

Is anyone else having this issue? I tried to call customer service at Sprint, spent an hour on the phone with the clueless tech support, he made me do a hard reset and still it doesnt work!

Any thoughts would be helpful.

I had the same problem with my 700w and went the rounds with Verizon's tech support. Luckily, Verizon sent me a new phone when they couldn't figure out the problem.
