![]() | Smashed to bits HELP! I love my Treo 700W. I use it for everything. The grocery list, email, mobile web browsing, IM. Over the 4th weekend tho, i left it on top of the car, when my daughter and I ran some errands. Let's just say the leather carrying case survived with minimal damage. I'm on Verizon and can't seem to come to grips with any of the smartphones/pda's they offer. Sprint service in my area is horrid at best and I will NEVER do business with SBC errr AT&T. So was curious if anyone has any advice? Should I get an unlocked 800w, buy an old 700 or 755w. I need a WM phone as I exchange word and excel docs with co-workers. I looked at the Samsung Omnia and Saga that verizon has but the UI was very awkward compared to the Treo. The other issue is I have is that I have 2 extended life batteries (assuming the one it in survived) and numerous accesories for the 700w. I'd hate to have to replace them all simply cuz I'm a putz and left the phone on the car. HELP! |

![]() | No worries just spoke to a CSR with Verizon and they sending me a replacement. No cost cuz if been a customer for so long. Actually quite amazed at how much better the corporate CS is than the store locations! The lady that was 'assisting' me today at the retail store didn't even give me her name. Nor was she capable of answering any questions about the phones I was considering. I actual found the information on the web using the phone, while see went to look it up. Thx for the quick response! Your answer was what prompted me to call the 800 # and see what kinda deal i could work out. |
