Video Resolution for 700p

The owners manual tells me the different formats that my phone supports, but does anyone know the best resolution I should encode to?

I want it to look good but not run choppy.

If you take a typical video at 320x320 in quicktime or windows media formats that runs smoothly in the desktop version of the players, and use the palm desktop pics and video application to put it on your device, the coversion results are quite satisfactory. I know this sounds overly simplistic, but it works.

The Kinoma player/video engine is included in the Palm OS 4.2 desktop, so the settings are optimized based on the Treo.
