Problems Watching Movies On My Treo

I have been having trouble trying to convert Video_TS movies to playable mp4's for my treo. I am using Visualhub on my mac to convert and having been trying pics & video, kinoma and tcpmp to play.

I have finally gotten playable videos with audio that works but the audio is slightly out of sync with the video. I tried to do this once a long time ago and though I remember getting it to work much faster, I still was having sync problems. TCPMP has an A/V Sync Offest feature but it takes forever to get anywhere close to on sync and it still isnt perfect. Any ideas?

By the way, the mp4 videos are in sync when I play them on my mac but not after I transfer them to an SD card and play them on my treo.
