missing memos - Treo Forum

My memos have disappeared! They really should be backed up both by hot sync and with Backup Man. Can anyone tell me how to find them?

Welcome to Treonauts, Unshaken! Do you keep your memos on the card? If so, either a card reader app, or hardware, or a file manager like FileZ should find it. A file manager should also be able to find them on your phone as well.

I second what stu posted.

In addition, check your backup folder on your PC. It should be under the path similar to (if you're using a Windows OS):

C:\Documents and Settings\your username\My Documents\Palm OS Desktop\your devices' name\Backup

Got it off the card! Thanks so much

I'm not sure I know exactly what I did or why I couldn't figure it out before but anyway, it's back.

So the hot sync problem is because the hot sync process is not compatible with Office 2007. This is still XP. Is there some sort of upgrade or something that can fix this?

I could be wrong, cause I switched to Vista around X-mas, but you might check Palm to see if you have the most up to date Palm desktop.
