700P Bluetooth compatibility

Does anyone have a recommendation for a BT headset to work with my 700P?
This past week, I have purchased, and returned, the Plantronics 665 and a BlueAntZ9. Neither one would pair with my Treo. Has anyone had any luck with the Samsung WEP 500 or the Motorola H9? I've been searching for a BT headset directly from the Treonauts shopping site itself. I'd prefer something not too bulky but so far, I'm 0 for 2. Thanks for your recommendations.
Sue

I think there is a compatibility site on Palm website that gives bluetooth compatibility. Try this one out and see if it gets you there:

Palm - Handheld Computing Solutions)

From what I heard its not 100% accurate, but it will get you further along then randomly trying out different ones. Good luck!

RichC will become famous soon enough
I've tried 4 different BT earpieces and have concluded that I like the Jawbone best. It still has issue with staying connected on my Treo 700p, but the excellent noise reduction makes up for that. Check out my comments and MP3 samples here.

700P Bluetooth Compatibility

Thanks for the response and info. I bought a Jabra BT 8040 and I think I'm having problems as my phone has been freezing up since I got it last weekend. I had no problems having the Treo recognize the headset but I've had to pull my battery out about 20 times now. I'm eligible to buy a new phone and I think I might just look into that. I've had a lot of issues with my Treo and it's been replaced a couple of times. I'm not sure what I will get so I have a lot of homework to do. Thanks again. Sue

I also use the Aliph Jawbone and I have had no issues with it on my 700p (for the 6 months i used it) and it now works great on my new 750

BT Headset Plantronics Voyager 520

I tried several and found the Plantronic's Voyager 520. It has a great talk time, about 5 hours for me easily. It stays paired up good and I usually only have to re-initiate it after a major failure like when I let the battery run completely down the other day. I have found that most of the frustrating things are due to outside interference. One day recently I was able to answer my phone 3 rooms away and through 3 walls. I was at least 30 feet away. Then at times moving my phone from my shirt pocket to my pants pocket is a big deal. I believe that is due to other RF signals in the area that interfere. Anyway, that is my vote. Solid performance and for a long time.
